Just curious if we are allowed to jump rope...other than the obvious problems of stamina, ligaments, joints, knees etc...is there any medical reason that we shouldn't?
I changed my exercise routine and part of it is to jump rope for 1min 6xs over an hour (not as easy as it may sound)...but is it dangerous for our pouches?
My GP says it is great for the heart but he is no pouch specialist.
