Jpouch and pouchitis Alicaforsen

hi all...

Its been a while since I've been on here and with no issues since my surgeries 12 years ago by the late and great Dr.Fazio, I now am having some issues. I've had pouchitis not responding to antibiotics so here I am contemplating two choices the great Dr. Shen has given me to clear up the three ulcers I have in the pouch. I can either choose Entivyo or a clinical study for a new drug Alicaforsen. I'm choosing Alicaforsen as I will be monitored very closely by Dr. Shen in making sure while in the study I do not get any worse. If so I can be taken out of the study right away by my choice or his and treat the pouchitis another way. Has anyone tried the clinical trial Alicaforsen for pouchitis?????
