Jpouch and Acne

Hi All, I am not a 100% sure I am asking for help in the right discussion area, I apologise in advance if I am not! I had a full colectomy in 2004 for ulcerative colitis and had a Jpouch created and was 're-plumbed' in July 2004. For the last 2 years I have had the worst acne I have ever had! I did not have bad skin when I was a teenager. I have tried different creams from the doctor which all seem to make it worse!? The only medication I am on is Warfarin (Coumadin) and this is lifelong. I am beginning to think it could be related to my diet?! I also have regular Vitamin B12 injections.

If anyone can help I would appreciate any suggestions!! Thank you in advance.

I had severe cystic acne in my early 20s when I also had UC, which was finally knocked out by Accutane (which is the subject of many lawsuits). Accutane worked for me and did not make me commit suicide. Others had issues with it. Not sure if it is approved in the UK or not.
