J-Pouch Scopes

Hey Everyone. Just a quick question. I had my takedown surgery in June 2010 and since then I have only had one scope which was 6 months later. This was mainly due to the fact I was experiencing symptoms which turned out to be mild pouchitis. Just wondering should i be getting more frequent scopes? How often is normal? Thanks
