J pouch question

I just had a cat scan, it showed that my j pouch was somewhat distended. What does that mean?

I have an answer as to what it might mean, but I don’t want to give it straight out because I’m not a doctor and don’t want to alarm you unnecessarily.

Did your surgeon/specialist have anything to say? Do you have an appointment booked?

I believe there are several causes for a pouch to be distended, some worrying and others that can be treated or will resolve by themselves.
