J Pouch Itching

I had my take down surgery Dec of 2011 and got pregnant 3 weeks later. It was super exciting to know that I didn't have trouble conceiving and I'm now 3 weeks from my due date. One big issue has been internal itching..and not just a little discomfort, we're talking a serious internal itching/irritated feeling that feels like it's inside the J pouch. Has anyone had anything like this? Certain foods, make the itching worse and it's not there all day everyday. It has been happening enough that I wanted other opinions. Could this be something that is only happening because I'm pregnant or is it a normal pouch thing? Please let me know if your thoughts!

That same thing happened to me shortly after the take down... your doctor can prescribe you a suppository (not sure what the actual medication is called) that will help with this or I found that diaper creme works really well to help with this. Congrats on the little one!
