With many on here it's gotten better over time. I see really good outcomes with their posts and experiences. You're body is probably still getting used to things, it takes a little while for the body to get used to the new plumbing functions.

In 12 years mine hasn't gotten any better than the beginning. I've been checked over and over throughout the years and there was nothing wrong, just my normal functions. This was in no way meant to bring you down, so please don't let it we're all so individual in there.

It's very possible you'll get better over time and soon enough it wont be like it is now. There are things that help slow things down maybe making the urgency less considering you'll be going less. I've come to the conclsuion it's all in what helps us individually. Whether it's fiber, pepto, probiotics, so on. Maybe start to experiment with different suggestions you can find on here if you haven't already. Yes, urgency is a sign of pouchitis, but that doesn't always mean you have it, if you've been like this all along, like in my case. You can always go and get a quick look just to make sure, can't hurt =)
