Don't worry, but do what you are doing and try things in moderation. I can eat almost anything as long as I don't have a ton of it, some things less than others but the only way to find out is to try. Go slow and don't mix in other variables(foods) and see what you can tolerate.

Slow and steady, test and chew.

I have a handheld immersion blender that I use on some foods or if my pouch is giving me trouble...I have a twist in my bowel so I know when it is acting up and things are blocking me...

I would just say, do not accumulate too many different fibrous foods at the same time or at the same meal...and chew...Chew...chew.


ps...many of us have problems with dairy products and gas or white flour and pasty output...go slow and enjoy life.
