Don't worry, but do what you are doing and try things in moderation. I can eat almost anything as long as I don't have a ton of it, some things less than others but the only way to find out is to try. Go slow and don't mix in other variables(foods) and see what you can tolerate.
I eat a lot of nuts, walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Just chew them well. Good protein source and good fiber source. Nuts and salads and other fibrous foods help flush out the bad bacteria.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
