All of the above mentioned by Kangaroo plus dry-mouth, a crushing headache, chills, cold sweats, palpitations, drowsiness...the list goes on. It seems to be different for different people...I have seen mood-swings and anger too...especially when it is unusual...add forgetfulness to the list and you get the picture.

Definitely dry mouth, feeling weak, and straining. My combat methods are eating salty snacks and healthy sugar foods throughout the day with water. I put salt in my water sometimes though. A lot of fruit juices are filled with electrolytes too, especially lemonade, cranberry, and ORANGE JUICE. V8 juice and pedialyte are great too. I drink water before, during, and after every meal. I have anywhere between 13-20 BMS a day so I have to drink fluids throughout the day or else I feel sick.

I agree with the previous answers 100%, the major scare for me was not reading the symptom signs correctly and just drinking more coffee would help the lack of energy and thinking I was also meeting the daily fluid amount with also including the mixing of water in my Metamucil. Nope, nope. The Doc also reminded me that getting the Flu shot is very important to us, because we could easily end up at the hospital for IV help due to dehydration from Flu symptoms.

Defintely agreed! That must have been scary for you since coffee makes you more dehydrated. I am glad you figured everything out.
