Hunger cramps?

I'm about a month post takedown. I went back in the hospital for horrible cramping. Ended up being a partial obstruction. For the past two nights I've been having a lot of cramping when I go to bed. It almost feels like I'm hungry so I went and ate a little bit then I woke up this morning cramping again because I was hungry. Doesn't quite feel like the same hunger pains I experienced before all these surgeries. Does anyone else get the "hunger cramps"?

I get them but mine is acid reflux.
