That is so good to hear. Although I really don't need to gain any weight. I was actually hoping I would lose some. My first surgery for the j-pouch I lost 20 pounds in about 6 weeks.
I have really gained with the medication for depression that I take and I have been leaking too much to do very much exercise.
Hope you continue to do well. It is such an encouragement to hear that you are.
I need to lose at least 30 pounds, but I know it will take some effort after I recover. Looking forward to feeling well enough to exercise. My surgery will be six weeks from tomorrow. I try not to think about it too much but subconsciously I must be. I wake up every morning thinking Oh, no surgery. But this is something I have to do for me and my quality of life. I hope you continue to do well. Keep in touch. Homie
