Ok, I don't know what to think, I had a course of antibiotics (cipro+metro) for 30 days, I had quite nasty pouchitis symptoms (abdominal pain and frequent bm); now I think I'm back to normality as I don't have anymore pain, my stool frequency is 6/7, some day less; BUT the stools are not formed at all (I eat large quantities of liquids) I remember the first days of jpouch when the stools were quite a lot formed and I felt generally "normal", I can't say this now... Also, I have full continence, but, when things go down there, I generally feel them. Generally when I stop antibiotics, this aggravates and finally I am officialliy in mild pouchitis again, the PCR values rise at 200-300 and next month I get again antibiotics, and this is the routine.  My fear is about the future with continue inflammation, although I live a normal active life which was not the case during the UC days... Also, I go 2 times during the sleeping time. I have to say that I got an habit of that, but, really would like to know about you when you don't consider to have pouchitis, I mean:

 - how are your stools (really formed, liquid, soft, hard, mixed liquid and so on )

 - do you feel cramps during your day and night and your continence is affected by this

 - how are your blood exams were you are not labelled as "pouchitis" as my doctor said that the increased PCR values are normal... I add that thanks god I'm not anemic and I have the right weight (a bit overweight) and appetite...

Thanks to all the people who will take the time to answer !
