Anyone else on Remicade hit very hard with Pfizer booster side effects? My muscles and joints are screaming in pain, very fatigued, and I have a constant headache. My second shot I had no reaction at all so maybe this is making up for it.

I used to be on Remicade, now on the biosimilar Inflectra. I had Moderna vaccines and had a pretty severe response to it for the second shot. Not an allergic reaction, just pain flu-like symptoms, fatigue, etc. But with the third dose there was no reaction.
I was sure to time the doses around two weeks before an infusion to have the Remicade as much of a trough as possible and allowing two weeks for antibody response before the next infusion.
I think you are right that this third dose is giving you a significant response. Not a bad thing in my opinion.

Luckily, the reaction ended by the third day. I suspect it was important that I had a reaction to it, too!
Yup! I had the shot around 9am. By noon I had to cancel all my virtual meetings and go to bed where I slept for 15 hours (getting up to use the bathroom a couple of times of course). Then I had a headache and was tired for three days. Compared to the first dose, the second was worse and now that I need a booster I hope it isn't EVEN worse, but it may be!
From talking to fellow patients from our infusion center, the only booster reaction was another 70-year-old who also did not have a reaction to the second shot. Since you already had a reaction my guess is you will be fine. Please don’t avoid the booster. It is very important!
