Thanks for the replies. I do see 'something' protruding. I had a mucosal prolapse a few years ago.  It was initially said to be a hemorrhoid but later a prolapse. I found it very difficult to manage but no action was taken as I was getting a temporary ileostomy. It was no longer an issue after returning to the j pouch function.

I'm so hoping this is hemorroid.
