Hello,

I have had the ileostomy/j-pouch surgery, which ultimately failed, and led to my Barbie butt surgery and permanent ileostomy. The original disease was UC. I got Covid in July, and after that I started developing migraines more often than I used to, and abdominal pain more frequently too. It has reached a point now to which I have a migraine almost every day, and I am so sick to my stomach and nauseated that I have trouble getting out of bed. My gastro did a stool sample, and though it showed some inflammation, it wasn't enough to show Crohn's disease or any reaccuring IBD. I have a Barium CT test on Wednesday to give the doctor a closer look as to what might be going on. My primary doc said she believes that whatever is going on with my gut is causing the frequent headaches, bc of the brain/gut connection. Could this be IBS instead of IBD? I'm just so worried, and so so sick. Thank you.

-Kim
