Hard to explain but For the past few days I feel during the day and sleep a throbbing kinda pain with urgency and pushing sensation constantly in and around my anus . I know I'm not sounding clear but its causes me to go more and lil comes out with pain and I feel like I can't empty my pouch ..,

Gee, this early, it is hard to tell. But, I had that for a minimum of 6-8 months. However, I had a 1-step, somperhaps the comparison is not valid. Still, there is a long adaptation/healing phase. Did you know it takes up to a year for nerves to regenerate? Until then, there's a lot of sensitivity/irritability in the surgical area. Sure, they preserve the main nerves, but there are minor nerve fibers that are interrupted. For example, the area around my midline incision was numb for a full year.
After that adaptation period, I now get those symptoms when there is active pouchitis or cuffitis.
