I had my annual pouchoscopy with Dr Shen Friday morning and everything looked great he said. Still showing the very very mild pouch prolapse that he saw last year but said everything looks great. Took biopsies so will wait to hear the results on that but it was routine so not anticipating anything.

For me it's liquids after lunch until midnight. And I have to do one fleet enema around 6:00. It's interesting that doctors do different preps.
