I'm feeling pretty good about a SCUBA diving trip I'm on, and just wanted to share it with folks. I could never have become a diver while I had my colon - the urgency was just too much to risk at depth or a couple of hours from shore.

I do have a very light breakfast with a two-Lomotil chaser in the morning before heading out to the boat. I much prefer a boat with a marine head, but that's mostly for psychological comfort, since I've never had to use it. You have to get to know your body to do this, I think.

My J-Pouch gave me my life back. I'm going to use it until nothing is left!

Scott F: are you still diving? Any problems to this point?

I have had my J Pouch for 11 years, have done marathons, an iron man, gone snorkeling in St Thomas, Iceland, and Mexico. We are planning a trip to Japan with friends who want to go scuba diving there. I am going to get my scuba certification since I don't want to be left out of any activities.

Please post if any problems
