I have same issues Lab. Six years out. My issue is recurrent stricture. I've tried Imodium and lomotil wuth no difference. I now just leave a nightlight in the bath and I'm thankful I can finally  fall back asleep rather quickly after trips.  Sometines  untreated, mild pouchitis can cause multiple night trips.  Good luck.  I know how much interrupted sleep impacts us jpouchets.

Thanks for your reply.  How do you find out if you have recurrent stricture?
