Rachel,
I had the same veggie chips last week...I almost called the ambulance! The first time I emptied my pouch I freaked out, the 2nd time I thought that I had torn something...it took til the 3rd time for me to remember those darn beet chips.
By the way licorice, jelly beans, all of those gummies and just about anything that has food colouring..including icing (darn red cupcakes!)...
In the begining you may need to keep a log of foods you eat...just to prevent panic.
