Fistula - Seton - Now Lump | The J-Pouch Group

I've been doing OK with my Pouch to just-outside-the-vag fistula since the seton was put in last June. Last night, I thought things felt different, in a little-bit uncomfortable way. Today I think I feel a lump just south of the seton exit near the vag.

I thought setons prevented additional abscesses? But I'm getting ahead of myself. Could this be another abscess?? I'm not draining much today, either. Taking sitz baths today, but no changes. Thanks to anybody who has any thoughts...

No thoughts just ughh, fistulas suck so bad! Sorry

Thanks vstRN. Just put in a call to my surgeon at CC. I think it needs to be looked at. I'm hoping it's just an injury-sort of thing from the exercises, etc. High hopes.
