Fistula Again???

I have already had a fistula to the left of my anus, more on the lower portion of my left labia. I just noticed that I have a tender puffy, kinda achy area the size of a nickel on the other side of my anus now. When I had my first fistula the area ached and I could feel a pea sized hard lump under the skin. I don't feel a lump like that this time, but I'm concerned that it could be another fistula. Any thoughts???
