hi, i had a stool sample sent in and it came back with a calprotectin measure og 451, i had an mri and pouchoscopy and they couldnt find any inflammation,  they have no idea whats causing such high levels, i also have an anal fissure and anal stenosis, i have swallow a camera tablet next so they can c what or is anything is going on, has any1 had high calprotectin levels or have any idea what it could b from? theyre thinking maybe crohns because of fissure also, also have had 4 abcesses and 1 fistula and the abscesses are always at the spot where the seton was placed
