It is a treatment for recurring/resistant C. difficile infection. So, unless you have that, not likely you'd be a candidate for the treatment. That said, it does make some sense, since pouchitis is felt to be ab inflammatory response to gut flora, even if there are no pathogens. But, I don't think there has been any testing in that area.
