So what does everyone do about the noisy bathroom visits?? I work full time and the bathrooms are of course, conveniently located near desks so everyone can hear everything that happens in the bathrooms. I try to hold it in, but then I usually have accidents and that can even more embarassing. Even on business trips, I dont know how to handle rooming with someone. I have a trip coming up and have high anxiety about it. I am not close to this person I am rooming with so I certainly do not feel comfortable explaining the situation. And even if I was close to that person, explaining it is one thing, but hearing it is another. It's very loud! Plus I go alot - normally 10-15 times a day. Is this normal? How does everyone else handle it?
History- ulcerative colitis into toxic megacolon to emergency colectomy in Dec 1993. Ileoanal pull-thru surgery in March 1994 and final surgery in July 1994.
