Enterobacter cloacae , that's apparently what I have. A lengthy hospital stay has been made lengthier due to this particular bacteria. I was originally admitted due to Crohn's related issues. They believe during my discharge(that didn't happen) as the nurse removed the needle from my port, it set off an instant war in my body. Literally within minutes I spiked a fever of 101.7. Have any of you ever heard and/or experienced this bacteria?
Thanks in advance.
