The enema tip is generally quite small, so it’s unlikely to stretch anything. If it’s being administered to you make sure the volume is small, about 8 ounces/230 ml. If the staff got confused and thought they were cleaning out a colon a much larger volume might be used, and that wouldn’t work with a J-pouch.
