I drink water with lots of salt in it and I reduced my "wipes" consumption!  I go 14-20x a day and I do not need wipes that much anymore, I use toilet paper a lot more now! Without it burning or hurting/scraping

I wanted to share because it helped me out a lot and I hope it can help you too

My technique: 1TSP of salt for about 64 ounces of water, I drink at least 3 a day.

Hey Lauren I used wipes at the beginning too but they aren't good best thing is a bidet bottle then just push some soft toilet paper up your crack then flush that put some cream up there then wash your hands and blow dry yourself with a hairdryer.why do you have fatigue? Did you have ulcerative colitis?

Lauren I like your posts as everyone's opinion matters and a post is better than no post.and your non substance  lifestyle is to be commended.

WOW your method sounds great!!!! I never heard of a bidet bottle before!!! That sounds super coool!!! I looked it up just now and it looks great to use! You must have a lot of patience to do everything you just mentioned lol.

I have fatigue because I go to the bathroom 14-20X a day, I get up a lot during the night and it affects my sleep. I have not had a 8hr sleep straight in 6 years, I am more use to it now of course but its really draining on me a lot. And I get dehydrated a lot too lol; my methods are working though lol. I am grateful for everything of course but its hard sometimes lol. And yeah, I had Ulcerative Colitis, you did too right???

I really appreciate you saying you like my posts. I thought about deleting my account many times, but its people like you that keep me here, so thank-you for your light Your light should be commended

Thank-you for saying that you like my non-substance lifestyle A lot of people judge that about me; in the dating world a lot of people think that is weird lol, it turns a lot of guys off lol.

Yes the bidet bottle is a must have,I have one at home and one for when I'm out.the shorter nozzle ones work best as you can fill it up and get about 6 uses before refilling and it doesnt leak in your bag.but the longer nozzle is for concealment and only can be used once before refilling I think as the nozzle only works when held upside down,if you hold the longer nozzle bottle upright the nozzle goes back into the bottle and so water can leak out.

I'm sleeping way better now than with the bag,I followed Kangaroos advice and take 2 loperamide  before bed and that works great.

i guess i am a 9 percenter too, i get up 2-4 times a night. I HAVE to drink alot of water, I have ibs-d issues and microscopic colitis issues. I am on mesalaminine 1.2 mg tablets 2 tabs twice a day 12 hours apart as per my gastroenteroligist.

I had kidney disturbances that were pronounced  in june of 2019, thankful and lucky everyything reversed to normal but  because of that and my own paranoia issues given what id been through/gone through in the past I can easily drink 3/4 of a gallon of a jug of water in day, if its hot like in summer, i could consume 1 1 gallon jug of water in  a single day.  Water is the best for us folk, whether like myself living with a sub total colectomy (sigmoid colon intact/full rectum w/ a jpouch at the top (stapled) or tose of you who are total colectomy w/ ipaa (jpouch).

I do get butt burn here and there but for me my hemmoroid issues of itching inparticular for which i use desitin are more pronounced that buttburn, especially lately.  And wipes are my absolute go-too! Couldn't be without my baby wipes !

Just thought id add my 0.02 cents for what its worth!

Kangaroo is awesome!!!!! I love her!!!!

yes im likely a 9 percenter. I do likely go between 10-12 times a day to bathroom in a 24 hr period. I  stopped counting since early days post op, when was months out only.

My pouch is 19 years old. My sub total colectomy w/ ileo anal anastomosis was done October 15th, 2001.

I am a go with the flow type guy and dont let the  multitude/pronounced amt of toilet trips stop me.

This is my normal, while others wont see it as such. But then those folk are likely colon in tact and less understanding/ill informed/non informed compared to us folk who have gone through the ordeals/trials & tribulation associated with colectomy/resection.

It is their problem and not ours if people want to be ignorant and  inconsiderate.
