Check up with GI for the kiddo. I *knew* she was doing well, but nice to get affirmation.

She'll stay on 40mg of Humira every other week, and 10mg of oral methotrexate weekly with 1mg of Folic acid daily and vitamin D too for now.

We are eating low lactose and very low gluten. No pork and very, very little beef (kid eats no beef at this time, til I can buy some grass-fed/grass-finished beef). I also follow FODMAP ways of eating, so indirectly, she sort of eats that way, too.

Previously the doctor said they *might* d/c the MTX, but said no this time; she said they *were* beginning to lean towards stopping it 6-12 months in, but are still finding less antibody buildup by keeping an immunomodulator on board. So it stays.

Stool negative for blood! Awaiting labs and fecal calprotectin results. Was nearly normal 2 months ago, at 78 (was >2000 in February). Such a great non-invasive test for bowel inflammation, because it's just a stool test; wonderful for kids, wish it existed when I was little.

So I'm pleased with all of this! I just don't want her to go through what I did.
