Cramping

Has anyone had cramping in the abdomen after surgery? I had stage one of my three stage surgery on 9/24/2012. I had bad cramping last night and early this morning; very similar to cramping during a really bad UC flare. Called my surgeon who said it is probably just some adhesions and if it continues to go back to a more liquid diet and use the pain meds.

I had cramping on of off for a few weeks. Hopefully it is not as intense as during UC for you. I would call surgeon again if it continues to get worse.
