So its spring out here and everyone that I know of is calorie counting for bikini season (!!!!)...calories, to be quite honest, are not on my 'things to most worry about in life' list.
But fiber is.
I don't mean bran or metamucil but salads, stringy veggies, fruits etc...
So I decided to use 'their' method of calorie counting to count my fiber intake so that I don't overdose on it.
The past 5-6 weeks I've been overdoing it with fresh salads, artichokes, asperagus, strawberries etc...and have had to extract large quantities of undigested cloggs...
So now, I conciously count and limit the quantities per meal and day.
Will see if it reduces gas and problems.
