Sounds like it could be pouchitis.  I have had all those symptoms many times and that is what  my doctor said it was.   Pouchitis has many faces.  Prayers that you will feel better soon.  I got my pouch October of 2008.  Following my surgery I suffered with pouchitis constantly.  My regular Gastro Doctor in NC at the time sent me to his mentor, Dr. Bo Shen at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.  Best thing I ever did!  He gave me some dietary advice, the number one thing was no sugar.  Refined sugar that is.  He also told me I needed to exercise.  I have been following his advice for over 10 years and I am doing better.  I still get pouchitis at times but not constantly.

I hear nothing but great things about Dr. Bo Shen, he gives great advice on pouches

Now i even feel in bad shape too.. Like tired and just off kinda like...

I've already made an appointment with my gi for the next Monday, he is going to call me today i hope so maybe i can get some relief soon.  I'm already on 1 tablet of flagyl because of an infection where the pouch is connectet to the anus, but that is sortet out now i think

Update. Got cipro, 12 hours after first pill my life changed totally. 3-5 times on the toiled daily now, no pain, no spasm or cramps.. Can hold it forever.. No problem sleeping for 10 hours.. New life

I would not recommend holding it in, you should go whenever you need to; there are a lot of risks associated with holding poop in. I know its convenient to hold it in but its not safe.

Glad you are doing better though
