Had My entire colon removed Nov 2014, reversal done for jpouch hookup April 1. While adjusting to the new set up, my gallbladder went haywire (1 month after reversal) had to have emergency surgery to remove gallbladder, Since then, many more BMs, very painful and irritating. I scream and cry on the toilet. 28 years ago I delivered a 9+ lb baby with no drugs and I would rather do that than this. Have a bidet toilet seat which helps some, have used every cream on the planet, wipes too. Had pouch scoped last week, not pouchitis. The doctor now has me taking a med called colestipol. It's binds to the bile and is supposed to remove bile from the intestine where it is now free floating since the gallbladder is gone. I spoke to a nutritionist that deals especially with GI issues and she says my current symptoms have more to do with the gallbladder than the bowel. I have to admit I did feel a little better in the weeks after the reversal. I did not have nearly enough time to recover from one thing and it was on to the next. Anyone else out there experience something like this? What helps??  JudyK
