Not for me. I used it in capsule form as Pentasa and in enema form as Rowasa and suppository form as Canasa. None helped. For chronic pouchitis, first line of treatment is antibiotics and the second line is biological drugs like Remicade and Entyvio. The patients who experiment with other modalities as exclusive treatments do not usually have any long term success.
