There are always smoothies, soups and the like, but that gets boring too.

I suppose you could look into another surgery for adhesions. However, more surgery leads to more adhesions. There are adhesions barrier films available to prevent the formation of new adhesions during surgery. I don’t know if they are in common use now or how effective they are.

When things aren’t going good for me here are some things I can eat:

Cheese, eggs, mashed potatoes, peanut butter, jello, yogurt, white bread, flour tortillas with melted cheese, tuna salad, grilled chicken breast. Some sweets, popsicles. I refer to a Fodmap diet for ideas.

I hope you can explore and find some other options that don’t upset your system.
