Had my takedown on December 14th after battling cancer since September of 2011. Still struggling most of the time as I'm adjusting slower than I hoped. However, I'm so glad I googled "jpouch community" the other day. I discovered this forum and many helpful tips. I tried the Calmoseptine cream for the first time tonight and I'll definitely be using it from now on. Thanks all.

Hi Jeff,
I love Calmoseptine as it heals and cools. I am still using it after 17 years. Some of us take much longer to heal than expected but things do get better. Stick around here and ask questions for anything and everything. Chances are someone is going through or has gone through the same situation as you. Use the "find" tool for specifics - this can really help to pinpoint some answers for your needs.
You will meet many wonderful people and am so happy you found this site. You are still a newbie and it is comforting to talk to people that have gone through the same things you are going through.

Welcome aboard! I cant live without my Calmoseptine! I see you are in Philly. Where did you have your surgery done? I had mine at Jefferson University Hosptial.

Both my procedures were completed at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
