Butt Pain and Crohn's pain

What do guys find helpful for a sore bottom? I use nupercainal and C-Diltiazem and Lidocaine 5%. Sometimes that works and other times my bottom just burns and stings and makes me want to cry and jump through the roof. Any ideas would be helpful? What pain meds works for you. I also take Oxycodone for pain. That works good and other times I wonder if it works?

I use no creams during the day but apply ilex at night.

For me, the key is to keep the area clean and avoid runny stools.
