I'm one month post op from creation of a pouch and have been passing mucus on a daily basis, sometimes a lot and sometimes not so much. But totay I saw some blood again. I did have this the other day first week or two after the surgery. But haven't seen any in over two weeks. Should I be conserned or not? Should I contact my surgeon? Why do I see blood again?

Did you take NSAIDS? And definitely contact surgeon

Just to be clear, you have a loop ileostomy, right?
Yep, loop ileostomy.
Nope. Didn't take any medication that can cause this. Needed to use the toilet again and this time no blood. The blood earlier today was mixed with the mucus.
