I will be doing the typing for my sweet husband Tom. He had one of the first K pouches back in the early 70’sand has lived an amazing life.  He went to veterinary school, auto-immune attacked and made him allergic to all critters, went to dental school, blew his neck out and had to quit, then 4 years ago had yet another autoimmune disease attack.  This one, vasculitis, attacked his blood vessels, and one day they attacked the blood supply to his optic nerves.  Blind in an instant.   Try doing all of the stuff you folks do without being able to see.  Amazing!  His main activity these days is working out, and he is about the most ripped 71 year old man you could ever meet.  So to all of you fighting the battle, hang tough!  I admire you all so much.  Kathy
