Would like to know your thoughts regarding a blockage, I had a terrible night in pain I followed the advice from this site by applying heat packs hot drinks and walking around the lounge through the night, during this time not going to the toilet which is not normal for me, I usually go 15 plus times a day .this pain started about 9 in the evening then about 3 in the morning I started vomiting I was able to get hold of some pear juice which eventually worked about 11.30 I was able to go to the toilet none stop also started vomiting again. I became quiet ill needing to go to hospital as I was dehydrated , they did X-rays and ct scan but nothing showed,a couple of bags of saline and I felt better and pain was improved, the doctor felt it was a gastro bug I feel it was a blockage any thoughts .

If you are moving your bowels and having full bowel movements rather than dribbles of stool, I doubt it's a blockage. Usually when it comes out furiously from both ends, it's a sign of food poisoning, or perhaps a very bad reaction to antibiotics if you just started taking them. If you finished a course I seriously doubt it is related to that.
Solution for blockages for me.
I feel like I must be an expert on blockages as i have had over 30. used to go to the emergency room, sometimes in hospital for 2 days and now have a solution. I get one once a month after my last surgery for lymphoma. You can have a partial blockage but it is also very painful, it does who up on a CAT scan by the way.
I go in a very hot bath with a bottle of red wine. Sometimes for 5 hours. The last 20 times it has passed this way and is less painful.
I have a lot of adhesions from prior surgeries so that is a reson i get them but also my cancerous lymph nodes grew so large before treatment that they blocked the GI tract.
