Ok I see many have had cramping, pains and bloatedness after take down surgery. I had my take down like 10 days ago and have these experiences. Wondering what people did to help release the bloatiness and pain. My pains come and go but more coming than going, its real sharp pain in my abdominal area, after the pain goes i can hear my insides have the gargling sounds. I assume its just gas and the intestines coming to life but its real hard to do a lot with the pain and affecting my sleep. So wondering if any experienced this as well and what if any may help ease the bloatiness and pains to go away. I have passed gas for the first time a little last night but have had a couple bowel movements.

I am experiencing the same issues a week out from takedown surgery. I keep reminding myself how far I came after the first sugery and how much my body adjusted and improved. Have you gotten any relief from pain meds? They don't seem to be helping me with this particular pain. My belly is not nearly as bloated as it was for the first several days, but I constantly feel things moving around in my gut. I remember similar feelings after the first surgery, like the intestines had to re-acclimate. Sorry you are struggling with this -- hope it helps to know that you are not alone.
