Hello Everyone!!

I have been drinking about too vegetable smoothies (lots of Kale, cucumber,1/2 apple, bean sprouts etc) for the past couple of weeks and my bm's have been a little painful. I don't know if my system is adjusting, but I just don't feel like
I normally do. It's almost like pouchitis but without the other ugly side effects. I am worried that too much fiber can cause a problem, maybe I should just juice instead of blending??
