I hope everyone is well. I have been experiencing interior bleeding coming out through my stool for some time. I’ve tried antibiotics, cbd oil and diet somewhat. I’m looking for any advice or tips on how to control it. Thanks

I suggest seeing a doctor if you have not already. What antibiotics did you use? Pouchitis can cause some blood but specific antibiotics are required.
I agree with Pouchlogic. You need to know what’s causing the bleeding in order to choose a useful treatment.
The antibiotics are cipro and xiafaxan. This has been going on a while. I’ve had scopes that showed bleeding from pouchitis and would get prescribed cipro. It helps a little but doesn’t control it. My last scope was 2 years ago. I believe the bleeding is greatly affecting my health and energy levels.
Sounds like a major issue, you are probably just having uncontrollable pouchitis. You really need to see a doctor and get this sorted out before your pouch is ruined if it isn't already.
If a treatment isn’t working the best course is generally to try a different one, if the diagnosis is correct. This can be exhausting, irritating, expensive, and debilitating, but so is an inadequately treated illness. It’s possible to run out of treatment options, but you are nowhere near that situation.
I thought I had replied. I have an appointment with a new doctor (first time in 15 years), for April. I appreciate the responses as always.
