biologics- again

I think I didn't explain my situation accurately. I've had my pouch for 17 years and after three years of tests, test, scopes, Prometheis, and 19 days in the hospital with a fisutla and massive inflammation, my GI and colorectal decided it must be Crohn's. (no granulomas though). Anyway, if that make sense to others and you can give me some advise about Remicade vs. other biologics, that would be great. Thank you to those who repsonded!!

Following. After about 20 years with j pouch just had massive reconstruction surgery on it, feeling great after but scope today said loads of ulcerations and the stricture the surgery was supposed to fix is bad again, 3 months later. They are saying Crohn's and advising to go on biologics immediately

I cycled thru all biologics oral and IV. If I were to describe them it would be:

Remicade is the old school and rough

Humira always tries but falls short

Entyvio is the latest and greatest

Stelara is too new to be trusted

*Just my experience. I didnt include oral bc I did not tolerate any for more than 60 days. I have heard great things about all of them but remicade was the worst with side effects for me.
