Hey everyone,
I'm thinking of living full time in a Class B size van for the next year or more.
Obviously, since I have a j-pouch, I need to find the best portable toilet to put in the van.
Does anyone have experience with this?
I'm open to any recommendations on specific brands or types of portable toilets.

From time to time my main line clogs with roots. This results in my plumbing backing up and so until my plumber comes I use a substitute toilet. What works very well for me is a large painter's bucket into which I place a strong Hefty bag. I place a lid on top of all this. Fortunately, and why I have no idea, my effluent has no odor! So, I can use this same bucket for several days. I'm mentioning this in case you want to save yourself the cost of a portable toilet! Just a thought!
thank you! Yes, and I've heard certain brands of kitty litter completely take away any smell! Good idea.
Costco sells kitty litter in 45 pound boxes for under $10 and absorbs our cats' litter odours really well. You can't beat the size or price!

If you're looking for good cat litter, we use World's Best, made from corn. Works pretty well with hiding odor. And we have a really stinky cat pooper.
