Barrier, inconinence cloths

I was in the hospital yesterday for pouchitis and infection. We all know about what I call the "burning ring of fire". They gave me sage barrier cloths to clean with and I loved them. Kind of spendy though. Anyone use something comparable or know where to get these for less money?
