Anal Fissure and J Pouch

I went on an Antibiotic and ended up getting diarrhea (which for us is horrible). Well after 10 days of pain and going to the bathroom. I went back to the surgeon and he said I had anal fissure. He gave me ointment. I was wondering if anyone else had this. If so how did you heal it? I’m only sleeping maybe an hour or two. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
