Try making some homemade lemonade.  I use 1 lemon, add some stevia for flavor (start small and add more until you find the sweetness you like), then fill the rest of a 32 oz. cup with water and ice and then enjoy.

It gives you some natural electrolytes and sometimes you just need something different to sip on.

I don't think anyone would ever suggest against drinking water. It takes a month to a year for pouch to adjust. My best friend had her surgery a year before mine and she was fine within 2 weeks but that was exception . I am 1 year out with still nags. 

Stop focusing on what might go wrong before it even has. Eat food with protein. Drink plenty of water plain, salted , lemon its your choice.
