Hi all. I have acute and severe hip pains caused by arthritis or inflammation of the mucus sac. I know it is wise to avoid all  NSAIDs, but what then? Some mention Tylenol, what about magnesium? I use ice packs and paracetamol  but it is not enough. Can you help?

Hello,

I’m so sorry for your discomfort. I have arthritis in my thumb and feet plus lower back pain. When my GI Doc said no more Aleve I tried Tylenol. 1000mg 2x daily. It took a little bit before I got relief from it, but I did. I now try to only take 500mg 2x daily. I have also used Voltaren gel, without much relief.

Curious to hear about Magnesium from others

Best of luck to you!
